2023 Hawai’i NNL

Hawaii’s only model car show!
So, what is an NNL? An NNL is a model car show that is not judged model car contest. It is a show, where everyone brings their model cars to display, and the visitors throughout the day vote on their favorite model or models, as the case may be. It is patterned after the NNL shows that started in Toledo, Ohio.
The show will be held in a new location, the Ali’iolani Elementary School Cafeteria, off of Waialae Avenue and 6th Avenue in Kaimuki/Palolo, on Sunday, October 15, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Entry Fee for models is $10 per person. You can enter as many models as you want for that $10. General Admission for visitors to the show is only $5.

The swap meet is a great place to find some older model car kits, Hot Wheels, and Diecast models. Vendor tables are available for $20 per table (after August 1, 2023, $25 per table).
